This week, Jeremiah’s Inn held our 36th Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors. Hosted in the lovely Grace Conference Room at Clark University, it was an informative and educational evening for all in attendance.
Guests enjoyed presentations by our directorial staff: Janelle Wilson, Executive Director, Jeff Busby, Clinical Director, Dick Quinlan, Director of Operations, and Tracy Paul, Nutrition Center Coordinator, on all the changes and improvements at the Inn in 2017, as well as what’s next for Jeremiah’s in 2018. Our positive financial position was presented by our board Treasurer, Eugene Bouchard, and the Report of the Nominating Committee was presented by our board Vice President, Joseph Stiso.
We honored four recipients this year with our Golden Friends of Jeremiah’s awards: Community Harvest Project Inc., Doherty Memorial High School Food Drive Club, Pam’s Porch 5, and Rachel’s Table. We also heard inspiring stories from both a current resident and an alumni of our Social Model Recovery Program.
We thank everyone who came to support our Annual Meeting, as well as all of our volunteers, donors, board members and staff for all their incredible contributions to the Inn, and we look forward to the exciting changes ahead!
