Jeremiah's food pantry provides emergency assistance to individuals and families in need. |

Each household may come once a month according to United States Department of Agriculture guidelines for emergency food assistance. In 2003 Jeremiah's food pantry provided emergency food to over 16,600 men, women, and children. Now the need has increased by 50%, with over 42% of the recipients being children under the age of 18 years old. Food comes primarily from the United States Department of Agriculture, Massachusetts Emergency Food Program, direct donations, and salvaged goods that are acquired through the Worcester County Food Bank.
